What recv.fund is

recv.fund is software you install and run on your own server, together with on-chain code: on Robinhood Chain, a factory contract that creates one contract per merchant; on Solana, one program. We do not host the service for you, do not hold funds, and do not operate an exchange, onramp or offramp.

Your responsibilities

recv.fund is non-custodial software; merchants remain responsible for their own legal obligations, including any registration, licensing, tax, sanctions and customer-verification duties that apply to their business in their jurisdiction.

Fees

A percentage of each sweep, when funds move from a customer deposit address to your settlement wallet, is sent to the fee collector in the same transaction. Customer payments carry no fee. Your dashboard shows the rate before you sign the registration. The rate, capped at 2%, and the fee collector are then fixed for that registration. There is no subscription and no setup fee.

Licence

The server, dashboard and plugins are proprietary and licensed, not sold, for use with the recv.fund on-chain programs. The on-chain program interface is published.
